You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for the activity under your account. You must be 13 or older to use Daily Cross.
Daily Cross provides daily missions, progress tracking, and group accountability for Mind, Body, and Spirit. Fitness content is for general wellness only and is not medical advice — consult a doctor before starting any new exercise, especially if you have an injury or health condition.
Daily Cross is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription with a free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Your free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends.
Don’t misuse the service, attempt to break or reverse-engineer it, or use it to harm others.
Groups and the circle are for genuine accountability. Be respectful. We may suspend accounts that abuse other users or the service.
The app is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app. Always train safely and within your ability.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date above; continued use means you accept the changes.
